Job Details
REQUIRED
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team of quality professionals.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality auditing processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques for quality improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve measurable results.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Background in woodworking or cabinetry production.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation.
