Job Details
The Park Maintenance position will consist of the following:
* Daily parks maintenance; mowing, trimming, cleaning of parks, and day-to-day requirements to keep parks safe and clean.
* Ability to operate or learn to operate trucks, trailers, mowing, and hand-held power equipment.
* Attention to detail is a must to deliver the desired park conditions daily.
* Ability to perform tasks by yourself to achieve desired results.
* Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:30 pm April through October. Some flexibility to work holidays or weekends is a plus.
Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.
Applicants must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license. Successful candidates will be required to pass a background check.
