The incoming attorney will support both Fortune 500 and emerging companies at every stage of growth, across a variety of industries that include technology, life sciences, media, and entertainment. The incoming attorney should be interested in developing a broad practice that includes litigation but focuses on counseling, including the negotiation of employment agreements, advising management on high-stakes employee matters, and workforce restructuring. Base comp is $310k-$365k.
