Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond and follow up to new and current internet leads via phone, text and email.
Answer all incoming phone calls generated from dealer websites and other sources of advertising.
Communicate with all no-show appointments and reschedule.
Schedule vehicle appraisal appointments.
Make a high volume of calls each day.
Communicate all appointment activity with manager and car buyers

What You Offer:

Experience taking high volume calls in a fast paced, demanding environment
Previous call center experience is a great asset
Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
Ability to successfully handle up to 150 prospects each month and make over 100 calls a day

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
