Job Description

We are looking for experienced Welders for our 1st shift openings. The successful candidates will be involved in Mig/Tig Welding, Fabrication, and Blueprint Reading. Tasks include welding on aluminum and steel aerospace, performing vertical ups on Invar and Aluminum, and completing flat welds on steel. You will read blueprints to determine the thickness of welds and the patterns that need to be completed. Some prep work may be required, using 4'' and 7' grinders. The size of the tools you weld on will vary; some are extremely large and some are very small.
Hard Skills

  • Mig/Tig Welding (Must be strong on Mig and Tig Welding)
  • Fabrication
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Experience with Steel and Aluminum
  • Experience with Thick Tubing
  • AWS Certification (preferred not required)
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work in varying conditions
  • Ability to manage varying tool sizes
  • Ability to work mandatory weekend shifts
