Job Description


As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for matching shipments to their associated purchase orders and entering receiving data on paperwork. Your job will also involve recording this data in our company databases and preparing and organizing received stock for inventory. You will also provide customer service, predominantly via computer, with minimal phone work, accounting for approximately 5% of your day. You will need to work across multiple screens and meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment. Expect to spend around 50% of your time manually looking for orders and 50% of your time on data entry, requiring keen attention to detail.
