A non-profit integrated health care delivery system is seeking a full time Family Medicine physician to join their team in west-central Oregon. Their locations are full-service clinics offering a full range of primary care, including chronic disease management, pediatric care, childhood immunizations and obstetrical care. A 188-bed regional medical center with a level II trauma center serves as the regional hub for three counties.
Practice details include:
- Well established team of full-time providers including a health Psychologist
- See 18 patients per day
- Epic EMR
- 34 patient contact hours per week
- Phone call only
- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician.
