Job Details

  • Scans documents into required systems.
  • Files documents/forms as directed.
  • Provide office support, including composing correspondence, compiling reports, developing presentations.
  • Create/Maintain standard and electronic files and records.
  • Provide support and assistance in the materials department by receiving, unpacking and stocking supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Provides general clerical support to other departments as assigned, including but not limited to HIM, Case Management, Admissions, and Human Resources.
  • Ensures professional and diplomatic conduct, and maintains privacy in all sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Assist and participate in hospital events.
  • Provide backup support for Human Resource Manager.
  • Assist in payroll processing by entering exception time, critical shifts and on-call time.
  • Maintain the contract labor log.
  • Upload sanction screenings and ensure completion by required due dates.
  • Assist in note taking and minutes for required meetings.
  • Assist with AP invoices.
  • Assist with clerical duties for case management including but not limited to printing insurance clinicals, faxing insurance updates, assisting with appeals letters, and follow up calls.
