Job Title: Material Handler I/ Medical Device Warehouse Associate
Duration: 6 - 12 Months contract (TENTATIVE)
Location: Lakewood CO 80215
Pay range: USD 24 26 per hr.
Description:
Seeking Medical Device Warehouse Associate
- Works in a fast-paced environment to ensure complete fulfillment of surgical set orders for the region.
- Works hands-on with surgical equipment to guarantee that sets are replenished and 100% surgery-ready upon arrival.
- Physically receives and unpacks incoming inventory.
- Conducts inventory, replenishment, and inspection of incoming branch surgical sets to prepare for redistribution.
- Performs transactions for inventory movements to maintain proper traceability.
- Prepares and packages surgical sets for shipment.
- Coordinates with courier and transportation services for product distribution.
- Complies with all manufacturing procedures and training requirements.
- Ensures all daily orders are fulfilled with the highest quality product as measured by KPIs.
- Assists with cycle counting inventory in various hospitals and office locations throughout the territory.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills; ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; multitasking is essential.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Frequently uses hands to handle, finger, or feel objects.
- Occasionally lifts up to 40 pounds.
- Requires close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Work is typically performed in a light manufacturing environment but may include office settings.
- Knowledge of JDE (JD Edwards) and Salesforce is a plus.

- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
