**About this Position**

Enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues, remain professional and courteous and help resolve each problem or concern. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the companys customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.**Responsibilities and Qualifications**

Duties

* Answer and respond to customer calls from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.;

* Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

* Review and respond to incoming correspondence;

* Process duplicate policies for various product lines;

* Process all functions required for imaging processed work;

* Process address changes for Old and Current Product policies;

* Update and distribute reports

* Review and Update Daily Reports

* Process New Business Applications and Update Cycle Sheets

* Process invoice payments for Vendor

* Submit monthly payment for Agent Loans

Qualifications

* 2 years work experience;

* Strong customer service experience;

* Excellent verbal and communication skills;

* Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;

* Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;

* Knowledge of Life Insurance Operations

Schedule:

* A Company Laptop will be issued

* 40 hours per week working remotely Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

* Internet Access with speed requirements of 8 mbps (upload) and 15 mbps (download)

Salary:

$36,000 - $39,000
