Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bethlehem, PA 18017
Duration: 0-3+ Months (Temp to Engage)
Hours: 7:00 Am to 3:30 Pm (Mon - Fri.)
Responsibilities:
Dress Code: Dress code is Jeans, shorts, sweatshirt, T-shirt, and sneakers are fine.
Provided Physical requirements: Job requires standing and walking for the shift. (7.5 hours).
Team lifts for anything over 50lbs is available.
Applicant will be responsible for loading out of box equipment in 48- or 53-foot trailers, utilizing Truck pads, truck straps and load bars.
Applicant will also be asked to learn how to use our loading software to track orders shipped.
Training will be provided by team Lead who will be working the area. There will be a lot of standing and walking.
Applicant will be asked to unbox equipment and process orders that need packing material removed, lock down brackets secured, and order QA'd for accuracy before moving the order forward.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and assistance for heavier items will be provided.
Candidates should Someone who shows up to work each day on time and can follow instructions.
Skills:
A High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Must have adequate reading and math skills and ability to write legibly.
Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time and ability to lift-up to 50lbs.
Must have ability to listen to direction, manage time and complete all work as assigned within established timelines.
Must be a team player and have ability to interact with fellow workers and work non-powered material handling and dock equipment., as well as the ability to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds. Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling are required to service equipment at floor level.
May be required to work overtime or outside the normal working hours when the need arises.
Applicant must have transportation to work here.
We have no bus service close to the facility.
