Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards / reports specifically focused on ServiceNow data
- Creating and building dashboards within Power BI (use of some snowflake) but mostly service now
- Ingesting small details to get the data into power bi to develop the necessary analytics
- Work within established processes of Powerbi reporting in addition to make processes better
Must Have:
- Well versed in PowerBi with a background in analytics building dashboards / reports
- Proven experience building reports and dashboards that leverage ServiceNow data
- Background with incident and problem management within service now + how to transfer that into Powerbi to make all the dashboards and reports
- Someone who can come in, make and build reports but also someone who has enough skill to take position in an established process and build on it / make processes even better
Other:
- Some snowflake / not huge data sets
- 5 / 6 / 7 years of experience
- Background within problem and incident management
