Assistant Property Manager Your new company
HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a well-known Commercial Real Estate firm. This company is looking for a Property Manager to add to their team as they are rapidly growing.
Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of industrial, office, and retail assets. You will be in charge of working directly with the tenants, along with providing assistants in managing the maintenance team, and managing operating costs & capital budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years in Commercial Property Management
- Experience with Office or Industrial
- Experience with budgets/tax reconciliations/tenant delinquencies/CAM Recs
- Knowledge of Building Operations
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, CRM, and MRI
