As a member of our Production team, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery in the production process, following safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assemble and package finished products according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements - No experience is required - we provide on-the-job training!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work night shifts (3rd shift) from 10:00 PM to 6:00AM
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
