The Visitor Concierge will function as a greeter for visitors, patients and employees entering Excela Health buildings. The Visitor Concierge will conduct the standard screening (s) of visitors and patients as needed, will perform basic customer service and reception functions and will register visitors into the visitor tracking program. Essential Job Functions Greet patients and visitors by welcoming them and identifying oneself by first name Conduct standard screening (s) for each visitor and patient Assure adherence to current visitor policies Register visitors in Visi.
