My client is seeking a Safety Consultant to join their team in Eagle Mountain, UT. This role is pivotal in fostering an Incident and Injury Free Culture within the project team. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety regulations, offering technical support, and aiding in incident investigations and injury/illness cases.


ABOUT YOU: You possess construction safety expertise and familiarity with industry standards. You excel in building relationships and have a passion for prioritizing safety. You have construction safety experience and a general understanding of electrical industry consensus standards such as NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI.


WHAT YOU WILL GAIN: Safety is paramount. You'll evaluate and enhance safety programs, lead training programs, and assist in safety meetings. Engaging with field personnel, you'll develop project-specific safety plans and experience our safety-centric culture firsthand.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or GED is required or a preference for a bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety or construction management. OSHA 30 Construction certification is mandatory, along with CPR/FA certification (Trainer Preferred) and other safety certifications. Ideal candidates possess 1-3 years of construction safety experience, preferably in electrical safety.
