Seeking a Plant Foreman within the Mining Industry
Join My Client's Growing Team at Their New Greenfield Site just outside of Indianapolis, IN!
Position Titles: Plant Foreman
Location: Indianapolis, IN
I am thrilled to announce the opening of my client's new greenfield site just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana, and I am seeking dedicated professionals to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Support the Plant Superintendent/Manager in daily operations.
- Oversee safety and production activities in the field.
- Contribute to both production and sales processes.
- Assist in the initial development of the greenfield site.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to manage and improve site operations.
Requirements:
Significant experience in limestone mining.
Proven safety record and focus.
Background in quality control management.
Hands-on, hardworking, and down-to-earth personality.
Bachelor s degree preferred but extensive relevant experience will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $90k for the perfect candidate.
- Bonus: Quarterly bonus up to $20k once fully operational.
- Vehicle: Provided (Cadillac Diesel truck, GMC AT4 2500 diesel) for personal use (excluding DUIs).
- 401k: Up to 4% match.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage.
- Relocation Package: Available.
- Additional Benefits: Long-term service bonuses ($10k after 10 years, $20k after 20 years).
