Job Details
Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for improving the management program of Lean project work;
2.Responsible for the promotion, coaching and reporting organization of projects reported by the base;
3.Responsible for the collection, follow-up and reporting organization of projects;
4.Coordinate and organize Lean Improvement related empowerment trainings
5.Responsible for the maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of the quality management system of the PV module business
6.Optimize the company's internal audits
7.Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the quality management system of the U.S. base
8.External audits of the company
9.Other related work arranged by the leadership.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in quality management
2. Proficient in Six Sigma, Lean improvement tools;
3.Proficient in quality management systems such as ISO 9000+, IEC 62941, ROSH, REACH, JIS Q 8901, etc;
4. Proficient in office software, data statistics, analytical skills.
