DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receives shipments into inventory logs pertinent information into computer database, coordinates workflow to ensure timely delivery of supplies to all departments.
  • Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of dry goods, paper products, chemical supplies, and maintenance items.
  • Ensures that all shipments are stored in good, undamaged condition, and stored in a logical and organized manner.
  • Cooperates with accounting team members in the verification of warehouse inventory.
  • Fill beverage transfer orders for various venues while maintaining organization with both product and paperwork.
  • Ability to maintain a structured work environment while receiving multiple deliveries of product in order to ensure weekly deadlines are met.
  • Maintains all files in the Warehouse Division of the Finance Department disputes.
  • Helps maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve warehouse disputes.
  • Prepares and delivers goods to appropriate departments within the property, and then return those goods as needed.
  • Assists other areas within finance on a needed basis.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required. Some college accounting courses preferred
  • Prior warehouse and receiving experience required.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.
  • Must have the ability to accurately count large quantities of items.
  • Must be able to routinely lift and or move 75 pounds or more.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
