DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives shipments into inventory logs pertinent information into computer database, coordinates workflow to ensure timely delivery of supplies to all departments.
- Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of dry goods, paper products, chemical supplies, and maintenance items.
- Ensures that all shipments are stored in good, undamaged condition, and stored in a logical and organized manner.
- Cooperates with accounting team members in the verification of warehouse inventory.
- Fill beverage transfer orders for various venues while maintaining organization with both product and paperwork.
- Ability to maintain a structured work environment while receiving multiple deliveries of product in order to ensure weekly deadlines are met.
- Maintains all files in the Warehouse Division of the Finance Department disputes.
- Helps maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve warehouse disputes.
- Prepares and delivers goods to appropriate departments within the property, and then return those goods as needed.
- Assists other areas within finance on a needed basis.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required. Some college accounting courses preferred
- Prior warehouse and receiving experience required.
- Computer skills required.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to accurately count large quantities of items.
- Must be able to routinely lift and or move 75 pounds or more.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
