Receptionist/CSR Job Description:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing security and telecommunications systems
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Managing meeting room availability
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Recording and maintaining office expenses
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
Requirements and skills - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be able to qualify for the Youth Program with the American Job Center Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $15.00 Per Hour
