**Responsibilities**
* Take parts orders form clients through phone and email correspondences
* Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed
* Identify and package parts for shipment via UPS or freight truck
* Pull parts from production plant
* Order parts on computer for vendors
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Qualifications**
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer skills 40-60 wpm preferred
* Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
* Handle customer service by phone or in person
* RV Technical knowledge is preferred but training will be avaliable, willingness to learn is required
* Must be able to read and use a measuring tape
* Previous power tool experience is beneficial
* Ability to lift, or assist in lifting, packages up to 60 lbs
* Forklift operating experience is a plus
* Ability to construct wood crates using power nail gun and saws is a plus
