Our Howell client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their Parts and Service department. This client specializes in various automotive parts. Pay is based on experience $21-$24/hour! Details are: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Converses with customers and sales people on the phone or through written correspondence. Quotes prices and determines availability of ordered items. Determines availability of ordered items. Advises expected delivery date and method of delivery. Follows up to see that order is delivered by specified date or to let the customer know of a delay in delivery. Record orders and customer information on order sheets and checks for accuracy and adequacy of information recorded. Ascertains credit rating of customer. Assigns factory order numbers and due dates to orders. Maintains billing log and order files. JOB SPECIFICATION (QUALIFICATIONS): Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
