The Social Media Manager will be be instrumental in creating and maintaining a consistent and positive online presence for ZoomInfo across all social media platforms by organizing and maintaining the social calendar, monitoring and responding to brand mentions, providing customer-facing support, writing social media captions, and providing support to the broader social media and digital marketing teams.
What You'll Do:
* Organize and maintain ZoomInfo's social media calendar, including scheduling and publishing social content
* Monitor and respond to brand mentions, escalating polarizing comments to leadership when appropriate
* Provide customer-facing support through all social channels by actively engaging with customers via social media platforms
* Write social captions for our social content calendar, including PR announcements, product launches, employee experience, and social first campaigns
* Ensure the company's mission and vision are being effectively, and creatively, communicated to target customers using the brand's voice and tone
* Monitor industry trends and news and identify activities that would drive brand awareness and engagement
* Track social media metrics and results. Create monthly reports and aggregate data into actionable insights to inform strategy and plans
* Evaluate new and existing channels based on the company's needs
* Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager
