Job Description
We are currently looking an administrative professional with at least 1 year of office experience. This position is for full time, regular employment at our corporate office, located in Orange, CA.
Typical duties for this position include:
- Data entry for a variety of projects
- Prepare documents & presentation materials, using a variety of software applications and programs
- Review and distribute documents
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Maintain multiple schedules
- Other administrative duties, as needed
Experience and Skills Qualified applicants are friendly, articulate and dependable individuals, who possess the following knowledge, skills & abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful; capable of finding solutions and solving problems
- Interest in learning new concepts and willing to participate in training activities
- Proficient in using various software applications & programs including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- Familiar with office equipment such as scanning/photocopy devices, telephones and pc's
- Minimum of two (2) years prior administrative experience
- Professional work ethic
- Ability to effectively prioritize & organize assignments, to meet deadlines
