Mid-Level and Senior Level Programmer Analysts

to join the IPDM (Integrated Product Data Management) Development team in

Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Charleston, SC; or Seattle, WA.

The IPDM Development team provides comprehensive software solutions to rapidly access and visually transform complex engineering and manufacturing product data. Responsibilities include development and integration for a variety of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and in-house software applications supporting our engineering/manufacturing teams.This position requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Strong communication skills are required both verbally and written, to interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Position Responsibilities:Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applicationsGathers and evaluates end user requirementsWrites and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirementsModifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality. Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problemsReviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):3+ years of experience with C++ Programming3+ years of experience with Java Programming3+ years of experience with Agile developmentPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Active Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience working with Teamcenter or on the IPDM ProgramPrevious experience leading a diverse Agile software development teamMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, or similar field is preferredStrong communication skills to work across teams and to coordinate work scopeTypical Education/Experience:Mid-Level (Level 3)Typically, 5 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Senior Level (Level 4)Typically, 9 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience.
