Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a payroll coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will consolidate changes and prepare everything necessary for bi-weekly payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection of payroll data for each pay period and reconcile it with the master payroll report.
- Input various HR transactions into the UKG system, including new hires, salary adjustments, additional benefit deductions, terminations, etc.
- Coordinate with the Benefits Team to monitor employee hires and terminations, ensuring prompt payroll updates, and work with Office Managers as needed.
- Review and modify pay data for leaves of absence, including changes in hours, pay, and benefits.
- Prepare import files for transactions such as taxable benefits, bonuses, paid time off, and salary increases.
- Track remote work agreements for taxable fringe benefit locations.
- Reconcile hours for non-exempt and hourly employees for bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Assist with employee payroll inquiries.
- Maintain payroll documentation files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required.
- 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with UKG, Workday, or similar payroll systems is advantageous.
