A growing, fast-paced distribution company is looking to add a sharp Bilingual Collections Specialist to their team. Work for a company with a great environment that promotes employee growth! They offer a hybrid schedule after training and monthly bonus programs

Responsibilities

Collections by phone and email
Research discrepancies, pull invoices, set up payment plans
Review credit applications and credit reports, and assist with determining how much credit to extend to customers
Other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

6 months of experience with commercial collections
Knowledge of FDCPA laws is a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English
