We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.

Duties:

* Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

* Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette

* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

* Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties

* Manage medical office paperwork and clerical tasks

* Utilize computer skills to handle various office tasks

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role

* Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus

* Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

* Experience in data entry and project coordination is beneficial
