The Wilmington, Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated firm designated one of the "Best Companies to Work For" among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, has an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience in commercial, corporate or professional liability. The total annual compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000. Qualified candidates are eligible for $15,000 hours-based bonus and discretionary bonus. Exact compensation varies based on practice area knowledge, skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Oversee extensive discovery practice. Regularly manage court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Qualifications
* JD from an ABA accredited law school.
* Admitted to practice in Delaware.
* Strong discovery skills.
* Outstanding research and writing skills.
* Superior academic credentials.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
