Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services and assisting in the overall management of patient care. LPNs work under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or physicians, contributing to the well-being of patients across various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and home healthcare.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and protocols.
Proficient in performing basic nursing skills and patient assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and support patients when necessary.
