As a General Maintenance Engineer at our resort, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include performing engineering projects, attending to guest calls, conducting blitzes, and executing preventative maintenance tasks under the guidance of resort leadership. As a General Maintenance Technician, you will:Execute general support tasks like painting, caulking, and repairing wall damages to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property. Conduct basic troubleshooting and repairs on plumbing fixtures including toilets, tubs, Jacuzzis, showers, faucets, and sinks, including unclogging as necessary. Reset breakers and GFC - Is, replace bulbs, and determe available voltage using appropriate tools. Install or replace TVs, conduct basic troubleshooting, and program remotes and electronic devices.
