**Description**

This floating position exists to serve our members at our Loxley, Daphne and Fairhope Branches, and will based at our Loxley Branch. The Floater Member Services Representative is often the first contact our members have and they must approach the member positively and give the effort to understand the member's needs.

Duties include opening accounts, helping our members with their basic financial transactions (such as conducting deposits and withdrawals, posting credit card payments and balance transfers, receiving debit card and check orders, etc), and providing information about products and services to members in order to serve their financial needs.

If you cannot talk to strangers about Alabama Credit Union products or services that they might utilize, if you cant work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, or if you dont do well with attention to detail jobs, **this may not be the job for you**.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, good computer skills (including the ability to use Microsoft Office products and web-based applications), the ability to follow lengthy procedures for account opening, the ability to describe and sell products and services to members, the ability to change focus efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and above all, a desire to help others in your community. Other preferred qualifications are at least six months of experience in a teller or member service role in a credit union or bank environment. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
