Responsible and accountable for the shift level coordination and direction of all production activity toward the achievement of maximum efficiency of operations with the assurance of producing quality products. Qualifications Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred. Two years prior supervisory experience in manufacturing industry required. Must be able to work independently and/or on a team in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving is required. Must exhibit strong leadership skills and ability to train, mentor, and develop team members. Must demonstrate ability to understand, interpret, and explain complex sets of data. Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodology, highly preferred. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as required.
