ExecuSource has partnered with an industry leader in the telecommunication marketing industry in the search for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper. This is a permanent opportunity with exposure to the owner, and president of the organization.
What you get to do with Accounting/Finance:
- Month-end close process, prepare general ledger entries, and account reconciliations
- Aging reports, cash flow, invoice distribution, and assisting with payroll deductions
- Forecasting, budgeting, and working with Operations on revenue reporting
What you get to do as Office Management:
- Office supply orders, and shopping insurance plans
- Assist with miscellaneous duties required by the company
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in preparing and finalizing month-end financial statements.
- Proficiency in preparing general ledger entries.
- Strong skills in performing account reconciliations.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing aging reports.
- Proficiency in managing cash flow and ensuring timely invoice distribution.
- QuickBooks experience preferred and Excel knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field preferred but not required
