Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a background in multi-family construction to oversee and manage our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-family construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site, enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and schedules.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
