Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a background in multi-family construction to oversee and manage our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-family construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site, enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and schedules.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
