Job Summary

Responsible for on site organizational and clerical support to sales teams


Essential Functions

  • Maintain an understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Review company handbook periodically to ensure accurate knowledge
  • Create and nurture a positive work environment by treating others with mutual respect and concern
  • Customer paperwork: Assisting sales staff with completing customer paperwork
  • Sales records: Maintaining sales records and compiling monthly reports
  • Proposals and pricing: Assist sales team in preparing pricing documentation and proposals for customers
  • Organize and schedule meetings& events
  • Assist sales team in completing and maintaining expense reports
  • Other processing of paper work and spreadsheets

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Minimum)with work experience
  • Clerical Skills
  • Could be entry level position out of college with career path into sales or sales operations support (3D Lift Plans, Permitting, Finance & Reporting, Etc.)
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English

Minimum Requirements
