VTK Partners is recruiting Financial Advisors on behalf of a major financial organization aggressively growing its Scottsdale, AZ office. For experienced Financial Advisors with existing client relationships, this is an opportunity to secure greater payouts, and to enjoy greater flexibility and autonomy to manage your books with fewer requirements on things like proprietary products.

This is a hybrid role, with some in-office expectations.
An outstanding dedicated transition team will facilitate transitioning your clients assets with you to your new firm.
A successful Financial Advisor delivers personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals, all while educating, guiding and supporting clients to maintain a trusting, mutually beneficial relationship.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial planning support to clients
- Develop comprehensive, personalized plans with clients, and work with them personally to execute on those plans
- Cultivate new client relationships to add to your book of business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Strong understanding of financial services and investments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Existing book of committed clients ($6M+ AUM for each year you've been in the space)
