We are a people first company and value the work ethic of our employees. We are seeking to fill our Mailroom Associate Position located in San Antonio, TX . Mailroom Associates is responsible for daily operations in the corporate mail center mailroom. Within this role the ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. The associate will understand the full functioning and integration of working together to achieve company goals. This is a full-time position with great opportunities to grow within the company and take advantage of excellent benefits.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
- Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
- Deliver and collect all mail and place into correct locations
- Sort mail into department mail slots accurately for delivery in each department
- Receive, sort and process mail, packages and supplies as the arrive
- Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail; making it legible for review
- May require sitting and/ or standing for lengthy periods of time
- Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma;
- Some experience working in mail center
- 1-2 years in a working environment
- Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
- Required to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:
- Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Great customer service and excellent organization skills
- Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately

Pay Rate: (will be discussed upon extended offer)
Shift Hours: Monday Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
