Established in 1933, MidAmerica National Bank provides financial services to local communities through our branches located in Fulton, Marshall, and McDonough counties. We pride ourselves on making a positive impact on our customers and area communities.We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a Customer Service Specialist to be responsible for performing a wide range of duties related to providing direct service and support for the bank's deposit operations.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Assist customers with account maintenance, online banking services, ATM, and debit card maintenance.Assist with new loan input and transactions, remote deposit processing, and supply ordering.Provide accurate information regarding a wide range of financial products and services, including accounts and loans.Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.Educate customers on financial products, services, and digital banking platforms to enhance their banking experience.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Requirements:High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.Customer service experience in a financial institution or related industry.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards.MidAmerica National Bank offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.No phone calls please.MidAmerica National Bank is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, or protected veteran status.
