: Alabama-Hoover **SUMM A RY:** This role is responsible in working with a Senior Assessor as part of a two-man team patrolling an area of distribution facilities in need of restorations caused by accident or natural event. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dut y satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 2. **EDUC A T ION** and/or **EXPERIENCE:** Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or th e busines s community. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight m easurement, volume and distance. Ab ilit y to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret spread sheets.R SKILLS A N D A B ILITIES: Vision requirements: Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), Peripheral visions (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), Depth Perception (three- di m ensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relatio nships), Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eyes to bring an object into sharp focus).
