We are currently seeking to add a Financial Client Service Relationship Specialist to our growing team, located in our Honolulu, HI office. This position will be in charge of assisting, providing and developing superior client experiences.
What you will do:
- Work alongside Wealth Manager with the transition and conversion from prospect to client
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with clients
- Act as liaison between client and Wealth Manager and/or internal and external support teams
- Work closely with client to ensure CRM data and Custodial accounts and data meet plan goals
- Manage day-to-day ongoing client needs
- Work closely with internal support teams, assigning action items as needed
- Train Client Service new hires
What you need to have:
- Prior experience in the Financial Planning industry, specifically RIAs
- 3+ years professional office environment experience
- Analytical skills, ability to research and resolve complex issues
- Prior financial experience helpful
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $68,500, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
