Mothership is excited to orbit earth in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house HQ team! This is a hybrid part-time position, with possibility of full-time conversion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Marketing, Online Community Development and Salesforce Functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Experience managing online community sites within the staffing industry is preferred
- 2+ years of experience working on a daily with Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation
Qualifications:
- Your role will focus on crafting compelling content and managing digital platforms to engage our audience and drive companies message home
- Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our website and digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, leading the our brand, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- The ideal candidate brings contingency staffing lead generation and content marketing, email marketing, and social media experience, along with exemplary communication and writing skills
- Will work talent acquisition recruitment to helpdeliver on commercial objectives for lead generation
- Develop and design diverse content assets for our website, email campaigns, social media, and sales collateral
- Maintain and update website content to ensure freshness and relevance
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices to grow organic tr
