The SpaDerma brand is highly creative, youthful, and innovative. To enhance our brand, we are seeking a Graphic Designer who will report to the Creative Director and contribute to our creative efforts. The primary responsibility of the Graphic Designer will be to produce visually stunning and cohesive materials that effectively drive conversions and elevate our brand identity.


Responsibilities:


  • Design Excellence: Create visually appealing materials for email marketing, SMS campaigns, social media, photoshoots, in-spa displays, print pieces, merchandise, and paid advertisements.
  • Brand Cohesion: Ensure consistency across all creative assets, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies that drive conversions, attract new patients, and increase revenue.
  • Project Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand from competitors through innovative design.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences to inform creative decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of creative efforts.
  • Asset Organization: Maintain an organized library of design assets and content resources.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of web design tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional design and branding expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas.
  • Bachelor s degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in design and branding are a plus.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, visual arts, marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a graphic design role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote allowed.
