  1. Responsible for scanning, indexing, and transmitting all paperwork to Shared Services Revenue Audit Department.
  2. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
  3. Responsible for retrieval of paperwork related to Main Bank Accountability.
  4. Prepares any outbound shipments for pickup and examines contents to ensure shipments meet specifications.
  5. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  6. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages, and notifying shipper or vendor as necessary.
  7. Responsible for correct in-house routing of arriving shipments after taking delivery.
  8. Maintain a clear and orderly workspace.
  9. Attends daily briefings and meetings as required; participates in a positive manner.
  10. Provides excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
  11. May participate in other activities at the request of the General Manager, such as special projects.
  12. Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities.
  13. Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends course of action to resolve problems and escalate problems to supervisor as necessary.
  14. Other duties as assigned.


Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities: In addition to the other duties described herein, each Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
  • Obtain and retain required license(s).
  • Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
  • Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member's department.
  • Have knowledge of the Property's programs to address problem gaming.
  • Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.


Position Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate. Experience working with financial documents preferred; experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook email required. Must have strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn new tasks. May be required to operate hand trucks to convey material from receiving area to storage or work area.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Virginia Racing Commission License

Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three (3) years' experience
