Locally owned family business is seeking a heavy equipment operator for full time year-round employment with benefits and annual boot allowance. A minimum of one year experience required. Rate of pay is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Mechanical skills are a plus since the winter months are used for machine repair and maintenance programs. Applicants should expect to work 45-55 per week on average with overtime pay. Applicants must be able to pass the MSHA certification test (training and testing provided onsite during work hours), be authorized to work in the US, and pass a drug test. Duties will include, but are not limited to, operation of a front end loader and rock truck and performing physical labor duties. Applicants should have the ability to work unsupervised in accordance with safety standards and work well with others. Attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
