Job Details

Team Leaders drive a holistic management culture that oversees department daily production requirements. They embrace shop floor management while monitoring daily production schedules, train employees, follow standard work procedure and respond to line issues. They are also required to perform minor preventative maintenance, machine adjustments and make schedule adjustment when necessary. Team Leaders are required to motivate & mentor employees, create schedules, track and improve key metrics. Each Team Leader is responsible for supporting the companys mission statement and the overall business objective. Nature & Scope:Team Leaders are required to have good verbal and written communication skills. They must display willingness to work as a team.
