Collections Specialist


Job Details

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team at World Headquarters! This role involves managing overdue accounts and securing timely payments from WellSky s clients. The position plays a vital role in maintaining positive cash flow and reducing bad debt risks for the organization.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

Contacting clients via phone and/or email to address overdue accounts
Providing copies of invoices, statements, and ledgers as requested
Collecting payment information from clients
Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, conversations, and payment commitments with clients
Fact finding in order to surface, identify, and drive issues toward resolution
Providing a superior level of service to all clients (internal and external)

Required Qualifications:

GED/high school diploma
1 year of relevant work experience
