Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accuratelyand efficiently using our CRM system
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the quality control department to address product qualityissues reported by customers
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding the status of their orders and complaints
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints for future reference
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or agricultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, growing company environment
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and complaint resolution
