Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
* Collections account management
* Assist with lending/credit origination
* Help ensure branch compliance
* Demonstrate a high level of customer service
* Work with financial software
* Attend ongoing training classes
Hours for Collections Specialist:
* Full-time (40 hours)
* No Sundays
* Every other Saturday off
* Saturday shift is 8-5
* Weekday off when a Saturday is worked
* Some weekday shifts until 8 pm
Collections Specialist Requirements:
* 2+ years of consumer based collections experience
* Senior level, team leader or manager experience is a plus
* Good communication, computer & customer service skills
* Able to work the hours listed
* Able to pass a background check
