Job Description
- Manage the import documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
- Collaborate with internal teams to track and monitor shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs related activities.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of experience in import/ export operations plus entry writing experience
- Must have good team working skills and verbal reporting skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office Suite programs
- IATA Dangerous Goods Certificate preferred
- Experience with Cargowise preferred
